This policy applies to Customer Connect websites, dealer portals, customer portals, administrative tools, mobile experiences, integrations, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Customer Connect may collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, including your name, business email, telephone number, company name, business address, job role, account credentials, subscription selection, and onboarding responses.
Dealerships may also submit or synchronize business information, customer records, estimates, orders, appointments, project details, communications, payment activity, employee information, reviews, product information, and related operational data.
We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, login activity, error logs, feature usage, session activity, and security events.

3. Dealership and Customer Data
Dealerships control the business and customer information they submit to Customer Connect. Each dealership is responsible for ensuring it has the authority and any required permissions to collect, use, upload, synchronize, and communicate using that information.
Customer Connect processes dealership customer data to provide the services requested by the dealership. We do not sell dealership customer information.
4. Payments and Financial Information
Payment processing may be provided through Stripe or another approved payment provider. Customer Connect does not generally store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers may collect billing details, payment credentials, bank information, transaction data, identity verification information, and information required for payouts or fraud prevention.
Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies and service terms.
5. Integrations and Third-Party Services
Customer Connect may integrate with services such as RFMS, Stripe, Firebase, email providers, communication services, analytics tools, cloud infrastructure, and other dealership systems.
When a dealership enables an integration, information may be transferred between Customer Connect and that provider as necessary to provide the requested functionality. Third-party providers handle information according to their own privacy practices.

- Integration providers selected or authorized by the dealership.

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Customer Connect may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure performance, diagnose errors, and understand platform usage.
Disabling certain browser storage or cookies may prevent portions of the platform from functioning correctly.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, account status, dealership instructions, contractual requirements, backup systems, and applicable law.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include authentication, role-based permissions, encrypted connections, access restrictions, monitoring, logging, backups, and third-party security controls.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Account holders are responsible for protecting passwords, limiting account access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
Dealership employees should first contact their dealership administrator regarding information controlled by that dealership. Customer requests involving dealership records may be directed to the applicable dealership.
11. Children’s Privacy
Customer Connect is intended for businesses and authorized users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
12. International Use
Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where Customer Connect or its service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
